SHIPPING POLICY

All orders take standard 1-3  business days to process, not including weekends regardless of the shipping method selected. We are a small business and will try our BEST to get your package out to you soon as possible!! Please be patient with us.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S.

DOMESTIC (USA):


FREE SHIPPING OVER $100+: 4-7 Business Days
USPS Standard First Class: 4-7 Business Days
USPS Priority: 1-2 Business Days
USPS Ground:


Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.
 
 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Coco Classics LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.


 
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
 
 
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 
SHIPPING FEES


Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if items are:
 

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • Free from stains, makeup, tan, deodorant or perfume

  • Security tags intact


FINAL SALE ITEMS — including Black Friday / Cyber Monday — are not returnable except where required by law.

 
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (NON-USA ORDERS)

For destinations outside the United States, international orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes as determined solely by your local customs authority.
These charges are set by your government and do not go to COCO CLASSICS LLC. We do not receive these funds.
By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for any such fees.
If a parcel is refused, held, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, all courier, handling, and return fees will be deducted from any refund due.
